How to Run the Review
- Pick 20 priority URLs that represent your revenue intent.
- Score each dimension with objective evidence, not opinions.
- Assign one owner per failing metric and one dated deliverable.
- Re-scan after deployment and compare gate-level deltas.
Interpreting Score Ranges
- 80-100: strong baseline. Focus on expansion and freshness cycles.
- 60-79: moderate readiness. Fix one weak gate aggressively.
- Below 60: visibility is constrained by fundamentals. Fix crawl and trust first.
High-value rule:
Never report only total score. Always show which gate moved, why it moved, and which business metric improved.
